Our Founders
Founded by eating disorder specialists, this project aims to help others recover, rebuild, and re-imagine their relationship with food and the body through group work.
Christine Lamps
Christine Glasser Lamps, LCSW obtained her BA from the University of Virginia (1994) and her MSW from the University of Michigan (1997). She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2000 and received her Certification as an Eating Disorder Specialist in 2016. Christine and her husband Christopher opened C2 Your Health in 2010. Christine specializes in treating children and adolescents as well as adults struggling with such difficulties as depression, anxiety, body image struggles and eating disorders. Christine is the current Chapter President of Richmond IAEDP, a professional organization for eating disorder professionals. She is committed to spreading education and resources to area professionals about eating disorders and she is also a Supervisor for people seeking their Certification as an Eating Disorder Specialist.
Rachel Marsiglio
Rachel Marsiglio is a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), and certified intuitive eating counselor. Rachel is the owner of Nourish2FlourishRVA, a private practice group of dietitians, with multiple offices throughout the Richmond area.
Rachel was born and raised in metro Detroit. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors in Science. She then attended Texas A&M University in Kingsville to complete her dietetic internship and also earned a Masters in Science, with a minor in counseling. She then moved to Richmond, Virginia and began her career as a RD.
Rachel is very passionate about eating disorders and helping those that struggle. Rachel takes an individualized approach, working with the whole family or support system. Rachel is HAES aligned. In her freetime, Rachel enjoys doing things with her husband and 2 young kids.
Ann Sahli
Ann Sahli has been an outpatient therapist specializing in treatment of Eating Disorders for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a major in Psychology and minor in Women’s studies. She earned her degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She earned her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certificate, and has served on the local Iaedp (International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals) board since the Richmond chapter’s inception.
